Cancellation and Rescheduling Guidelines

Preferred Notice Period

  • Minimum Notice: 3 hours before the scheduled meeting time

  • Preferred Notice: 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time

Cancellation Definitions

  • Cancellation is defined as:
    • Failing to attend the scheduled consultation without any prior communication

    • Providing less than 3 hours notice of inability to attend

    • Explicitly stating you will not attend the meeting

  • No-Show is defined as:
    • Not appearing for the scheduled consultation

    • Not joining the virtual meeting or location within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time

    • Failing to respond to initial contact attempts during the scheduled meeting time

Rescheduling Options

We encourage rescheduling over cancellation. Rescheduling is preferred and demonstrates your continued interest in our services.

    • Maximum of two reschedules per initial booking
