Scheduling and Commitment
At Devonshire Digital Marketing Agency, we value your time and ours. Our free consultation slots are limited and in high demand. To ensure we can best serve potential clients and maintain an efficient scheduling process, we have implemented the following policy:
Booking a consultation slot confirms your intent to attend the scheduled meeting.
All consultations are free and provided as a courtesy to explore potential business opportunities.
Minimum Notice: 3 hours before the scheduled meeting time
Preferred Notice: 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time
Failing to attend the scheduled consultation without any prior communication
Providing less than 3 hours notice of inability to attend
Explicitly stating you will not attend the meeting
Not appearing for the scheduled consultation
Not joining the virtual meeting or location within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time
Failing to respond to initial contact attempts during the scheduled meeting time
We encourage rescheduling over cancellation. Rescheduling is preferred and demonstrates your continued interest in our services.
At least 3 hours before your original meeting time
Maximum of two reschedules per initial booking
Rescheduled meeting must be within 14 days of the original appointment
First occurrence: No immediate action
Second occurrence: Potential removal from future consultation consideration
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in being unable to book future consultations
